Its also proved a popular export. Made in the methode champenoise style, the wine is fresh, crisp with a fine bead, lively but restrained acidity and dry finish. There are aromas and flavours of citrus and some yeastiness from the bottle fermentation. Drink well-chilled, while fresh and young. This is a terrific aperitif-style sparkler for the approaching warmer weather.'
